By professionalism, they go beyond the call of duty to genuinely and competently provide for the people they serve. They enforce their professional work by incorporating integrity in their dealings. They know that their hands depend on the well-being of a human life. They are nurturers and they should be able to grasp the responsibilities that accompany their job. Ultimately, we inculcate in them the importance of being compassionate with all the people they deal with. Although it is their primary task to assist in routine and physical activities, they must encourage an environment where empathy, understanding, and trust are all present.
Our Caregivers
Caregivers at Seba Home Care are state-licensed and have undergone a thorough hiring process in accordance with the Oklahoma Department of Human Resources.
They went through the necessary background checks and complied with requirements set by Seba Home Care’s Human Resources Management.
All our caregivers are licensed, bonded, and insured.
You can meet with them when you visit our agency or during your assessment.
